Each Fonia Internet package offers 5G mobile internet services. The difference lies in the amount of data in each package – 10 GB, 200 GB, and 500 GB.
Fonia also offers unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS, plus mobile internet in plans of 31 GB, 50, 100 GB, and 500 GB, which you can find on the Fonia Internet page.
Choose one of the Fonia packages, sign up, and fill in the form with correct details. During the ordering process you'll be asked to verify your identity using mojeID or photo verification. If you pass it successfully, all that's left is to fill in your delivery address and pay for your order! Your SIM card will reach you within 7 business days, and an eSIM will be ready within 24 hours of the number's activation. Fonia is neither a prepaid card nor a traditional contract plan. We've taken the best of both and run on a subscription model, just like streaming or music services. You join whenever you want, and it's simple to do! No unnecessary formalities, with a lot of flexibility to change packages or your billing period.
You'll receive your SIM card at the address you gave in the form, or at a parcel locker of your choice. Delivery is paid. Delivery takes a maximum of seven business days, though cards usually arrive faster. If you chose an eSIM, you'll get an email with a QR code and instructions within 24 hours of paying for your order and confirming your identity.
Fonia is based on the Orange and Plus network infrastructure. You choose your coverage during the ordering process. You can, however, change it later. The first change is free.
When choosing a package, you also choose your subscription model. You can pick one of three: monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Providing user details (including your PESEL number) is a legal requirement. All SIM cards operating in Poland must be registered, hence the need to verify your identity through a recognized identification platform – mojeID or photo verification. By verifying this way, you don't even have to leave your chair!
Yes. You can change your package at any time in the Change plan section. The new package takes effect on the first day of the following month, or at the end of your current subscription.
